SHIPPING SURCHARGE POLICY
Oversized/Heavy Returns
Some of our products are bigger or heavier than your average package. Because of this, they can cost more to ship back to us. Here’s what you need to know:
• If you’re returning a large or heavy item, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs.
• To make it easier, Nanoleaf can send you a prepaid return shipping label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund (see our Return Policy for details)
To be fair, we created a tiered weight system to determine the surcharge amount:

| 0 – 14.99 lbs (0 – 6.8 kg) | $0.00 (no surcharge) |
| 15 – 19.99 lbs (6.8 – 9.07 kg) | $3.00 |
| 20 – 24.99 lbs (9.07 – 11.34 kg) | $8.00 |
| 25 – 29.99 lbs (11.34 – 13.6 kg) | $15.00 |
| 30 lbs+ (13.61 kg+) | $20.00 |
Which Products May Have a Surcharge?
Here are examples of products that may count as “oversized” or “heavy”:

• Blocks (6-Pack @ 9.24 lbs, Bundle 10 @ 10.40 lbs)
• Skylight (3-Pack @ 9.05 lbs)
• Outdoor String Lights (30M SMK @ 15.15 lbs)
• Expo Display Case (4-Pack # 23.53 lbs)
