SECURITY UPDATE SUPPORT PERIOD (GLOBAL)
At Nanoleaf, we are committed to keeping your smart lighting experience secure and reliable. We provide security and performance updates for a minimum of five (5) years from a product’s initial commercial availability date.
After a product is retired, updates may be limited to critical security issues only, where applicable.
Regional regulatory requirements may specify different support periods, which will take precedence where required by law (see below for AU).

SECURITY UPDATE SUPPORT PERIOD (AU)
In accordance with Australia’s Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025 under the Cybersecurity Act 2024, Nanoleaf confirms that all applicable smart lighting products supplied in Australia receive security and performance updates for a minimum of three (3) years from the product’s official launch date.
Where the global Nanoleaf policy provides a longer update period, the longer period applies.
