RETURN POLICY
Customers may return eligible item(s) for a cash refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in an unused condition (not necessarily unopened), with all original components and packaging (whenever possible).
Returns include customer-initiated requests and “return to sender” cases due to missed delivery.
Eligibility
• Item(s) must have been purchased and shipped from the Nanoleaf Shop.
• Orders must be shipped back within 30 days of the original shipment date.
• USA, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, and orders shipped to Australian customers from Australia will be provided with a prepaid waybill unless you opted to pay for your own return shipping (RMA still required) and shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
• In all other regions, customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide tracking details for the return and still require an RMA. If return shipping is at your expense, the order must be shipped within 30 days of purchase and only after a return has been authorized by Nanoleaf Support.
Requesting a Return:
A return request must be submitted using our Return Request Form within 30 days of shipment.
• Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Orders shipped back without authorization may not be processed.
Following a return...
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued (original payment method or store credit, where applicable, we cannot refund prepaid credit cards treated as 'cash').
• Shipping fees and optional shipping insurance paid when the order was placed are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Additional Terms & Conditions
Used Product Returns Outside Return Window
Returns received after 30 days or showing signs of use may be refunded as store credit in lieu of a cash refund at Nanoleaf’s discretion. In rare cases, exceptions may be made, but these are reviewed individually by our Headquarters.
Damaged or Incomplete Returns
If items are returned damaged or missing parts, up to 50% may be deducted from the refund to account for reduced resale value.
Final Sale / Clearance Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned. Warranty coverage still applies.
Nanoleaf’s return practices are aligned with applicable consumer protection, e-commerce, and distance-selling laws in the regions where we operate.
