đ THREAD DEVICES NOT RESPONDING BUT REACHABLE IN THE NANOLEAF APP

â Thread device is connected and reachable in Nanoleaf app.
â Thread device is not responding in Apple Home app.
If your Thread devices arenât responding but show as reachable in the Nanoleaf app, donât worryâitâs an easy fix!

âď¸TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
FIRST - Power Cycle the Thread Border Router (TBR)
Turn the TBR off and on. It can take up to 30 minutes for the Thread network to fully re-establish after a reset.
Ensure all your Nanoleaf devices are on the latest firmware, including your app. If updates arenât available, you might need to reset the devices.
THEN, follow these Apple provided steps to ensure your smart home accessories are responding in the Home app:
Step 1 ⢠Turn on Bluetooth in the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or in System Settings on your Mac.
Step 2 ⢠Restart any accessories that arenât responding. For battery-powered devices, remove and reinsert the batteries.
Step 3 ⢠Check and/or update the firmware for the unresponsive accessories in the manufacturer's app. If updates arenât available, you might need to reset the devices.
Step 4 ⢠Restart Home Hubs and Third-Party Bridges. Unplug your home hubs (HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV) and third-party bridges, then plug them back in to reboot.
Step 5 ⢠Remove and Re-add Accessories.
⢠Open the Home app and select the unresponsive accessory.
⢠Scroll to accessory settings and choose Remove Accessory.
â ď¸ If you donât see this option, remove it through the manufacturerâs app.
⢠Follow the manufacturerâs instructions to reset the device, then add it back to the Home app.
