🆘 RESOLVING GOOGLE ERROR: SOMETHING WENT WRONG
Applies to Nanoleaf Matter-Enabled Device(s) And Google Home Users
If you see the message “Something went wrong” while trying to connect your Nanoleaf device while integrating into Google Home, here are a few things to check:
Signal Strength: The connection between your bulb and your Google speaker or display may be weak.
Try moving the bulb and the speaker/display closer together. They should be within 15 feet (4.5 meters) of each other.
Google Home Membership: You may not be a member of the Google Home where the bulb was originally set up.

Device Interference: Nearby devices may be causing interference, especially older C by GE bulbs, Wifi routers, cordless phones, microwaves, or Bluetooth speakers. Move any interfering devices further away if possible.
