🆘 Connecting Google Services to Your Nanoleaf Device
Applies to Nanoleaf users integrating Smarter Series devices with Google Assistant and/or Google Home.
Here's how you can control your Nanoleaf device(s) using Google Assistant or the Google Home app:
Step 1 • Set Up Nanoleaf in the Google Home App
• Open the Home app on your iOS or Android device.
• Tap the ‘+’ button in the top-left corner.
• Select 'Set up device' > 'Have something already set up?'
• Search for, and select, 'Nanoleaf' from the list, then follow the prompts to sign in and connect your Nanoleaf and Google accounts.
Step 2 • Assign Your Lights to a Room
Once connected, Google Home will prompt you to add your Nanoleaf lights to a room in your home. After this, you’ll be able to control your lights with Google Assistant on smart speakers, phones, and the Home app.
