We know pop-ups can sometimes feel disruptive, and we’re always careful about how often they appear. To keep the experience smooth, most banners show up only once, and never more than twice. In total, you’ll see fewer than 10 in a full calendar year.
If you do not wish to see in-app promos, you can turn them off. This article tells you how!
🆘 TURN OFF IN-APP PROMOTIONS
If you prefer not to see in-app promotional banners, you can turn them off anytime in your settings. Here’s how:
• Open the Nanoleaf App.
• Tap the More button (⋯) in the bottom-right corner.
• Select Settings.
• Find In-App Promotions.
• Toggle the switch off.
Once turned off, you’ll no longer receive promotional pop-ups in the app.
