How-To: Setting Up Circadian Lighting
Step 1 • Pair a compatible Essentials device in the Nanoleaf App.
Step 2 • Tap the More (•••) tab in the app.
Step 3 • Select Circadian Lighting to begin setup.

How-To: Set It and Forget It (or Customize It)
Automatic Mode:
• Your lights adjust based on your location’s sunrise and sunset.
• Want more control? You can add a delay to start a little later (or end a little earlier) each day.
Manual Mode:
• Prefer to set your own schedule? You can do that too.
• Choose the exact time your lights turn on/off and when they should shift to cooler or warmer tones.

This is helpful if your lights don't have colors but this feature should take color into account as well, I.e., transitioning from and to red
