WPA3 WIFI NETWORK
• Nanoleaf products do not support WPA3-only networks. They are compatible with WPA/WPA2 security protocols only.
• If the network is set to WPA3-only, the panels will not be able to authenticate or re-connect after pairing.
• We recommend keeping the WiFi security protocol set to WPA/WPA2 for stable connectivity.
ROUTER SETTINGS AFTER PAIRING
• Switching the router’s security protocol to WPA3-only after pairing will cause the panels to disconnect and prevent them from reconnecting.
• The network should remain on WPA/WPA2 for continued functionality.
