If no update is appearing, try the following steps:
1 - Power Cycle Your Device
Unplug the panel from power for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
2 - Power Cycle Home Hubs and Router
Restart any smart home hubs (such as HomePod Mini or Google Nest Hub) and your Wi-Fi router.
3 - Refresh Cloud Sync
In the app: Go to ...More > Your Account > Cloud Sync > Tap Refresh Cloud Sync
