Our LED Face Mask strap is designed to fit comfortably on most head sizes, accommodating up to approximately 25 inches (63.5 cm) in circumference. The average adult male head measures around 57 cm (22.5 in) and the average female around 55 cm (21.75 in), so the strap should suit most users.

The mask should fit securely but comfortably against the face (i.e., not too tight, and not loose enough to shift during use). The strap should feel snug enough to hold the mask in place, without causing pressure marks or discomfort.

In the meantime, if you find it a bit snug and need more space, you can use a universal face mask strap extender for a better fit. These are widely available online and compatible with most mask-style head straps.
