Nope! The wand isn’t broken.
After Repair or Cooling mode, the wand automatically enters a 4-minute cooldown period to prevent overheating. During this time, the device won’t activate. Once the cooldown is complete, it will be ready to use again.
This is a built-in safety feature designed to protect both the device and skin.
