⚙️TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Try these basic troubleshooting steps to get things back on track:
Step 1 • Power Cycle Your Light Panels: Unplug your Nanoleaf Device(s), wait 10 seconds, and then plug them back in. This helps reset the connection.
Step 2 • Re-Sign Into Your Nanoleaf Account:
• Open the Nanoleaf App and sign out of your account.
• Sign back in, and ensure you tap the “Sync with Nanoleaf Cloud” button after logging in.
Step 3 • Re-Link the Nanoleaf Skill in the Alexa App:
• Open the Alexa app and go to Skills & Games.
• Find the Nanoleaf skill, unlink it, and then re-link it.
• Once re-linked, ask Alexa to “Discover devices” to refresh the connection.
