ℹ️HOW-TO DELETE YOUR NANOLEAF ACCOUNT

So, you’re ready to part ways with your Nanoleaf Cloud account?

No worries! We’re here to guide you through it. But before you dive in, here’s a quick heads-up:

IMPORTANT🔔
By deleting your account, all your data in the Nanoleaf Cloud will be wiped clean (this includes saved scenes, device 
groupings, and any cloud-synced settings). 

Once deleted, this action is irreversible. If you ever need to hard reset your devices or reinstall the app, you won’t be 
able to recover those custom settings or scenes.

ℹ️ For reference, you can find your Cloud Sync overview by tapping your account username in the app
 (More section > Cloud icon > Cloud Sync).

If you’re sure you want to proceed, here’s how to delete your account:

Step 1 • Open your favorite browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) on your mobile device or desktop.

Step 2 • Type (or copy and paste) this link into the address bar: ➡️ https://my.nanoleaf.me/users/delete

Step 3 • Login into your Nanoleaf account using your registered email and password.

Step 4 • You’ll land on a page with a BIG, bold red button that says Delete My Account... it’s hard to miss! Press it, confirm your choice, and you’re all set.
