ℹ️ CONDENSATION ON OUTDOOR PRODUCTS - WHAT DO I DO?

Cause
This may be due to faulty manufacturing, which can happening in mass produced items.
What to do
Submit a ticket and ensure you provide the following:
1 • A clear video, at a minimum of 60 seconds (1 minute) showing the condensation issue. Please submit as a link versus a file attachment.
2 • Device serial number, located on the controller, usually begins with a letter such as U, V, N, E, S, followed by a 1 or 2.
3 • Proof of purchase (if purchased at a 3rd Party Retailer) or your email address/order ID using the Nanoleaf Shop.
4 • Details for replacement:
• Full name (as listed on any identification in case it needs to be picked up)
• Contact number
• Shipping address including your postal/zip code and/or other relevant info that assists with delivery, i.e. TAX ID.
