Error Code 15: Pairing Process Took Too Long - Times Out After 5 Minutes
This error code occurs during the pairing process takes too long to complete and will time out after five (5) minutes.
Confirm if your Nanoleaf device flashed green at this point (Note: Nanoleaf Elements will flash white instead).

🔧How-To
Step 1 • Power cycle or soft reset the Nanoleaf Device
• Power cycle your Nanoleaf device by removing it from power for 10-15 seconds to bring it back into pairing mode.
Alternatively, you can do a soft reset:
• For products such as Nanoleaf wall panels: Press and hold the power button and "+" button on your Nanoleaf devices controller for 10 seconds.
• For Indoor Essentials light strips and outdoor products: Hold the power button for 10 seconds until the device indicates it has restarted (by flashing red).
• For Indoor Essentials light bulbs: Turn off, wait for 3 seconds, and turn back on for no more than 3 seconds. Repeat for a total of 5 power cycles. The bulb will flash red three times if successful.
• Then, reset the Nanoleaf App by closing it on your phone, no need to delete or reinstall it.
Step 2 • Pair Again
• Begin the pairing process from the start and move through each step promptly to prevent timeouts.
Resetting both your device and app should help get everything back into pairing mode for a fresh start.
