ℹ️ PAIRING CODE IS LOST, MISPLACED, NOT SURE WHERE TO LOOK

If you did not write the pairing code down, or you misplace your quick start guide, not to worry! 

• Each Controller (or base of bulb) contains a QR code and/or 8-digit code that is your pairing code.

If you are still having issues, please submit a ticket with your serial number (usually starts with S1 or S2, but can also have the letters V, U, P, E as well).

💡Go to Software Support > Pairing or Setup Issues > Misplaced/Lost Pairing Code
