Before You Get Started

📢Before resetting, always ensure you delete the device from the Nanoleaf App first.

This will reset the Wifi and all saved pairing configurations. Your saved scenes will remain.

Applies to Canvas, Elements, Shapes, Expo, and Blocks

TO RESET:

1 • Hold the Power and + buttons on the Controller at the same time for about 15 seconds.

2 • Let go when the LEDs on the Controller to start blinking/flashing.

3 • Wait for the Power button LED to remain on and steady.

💡 You can also release the buttons once a scene starts playing on your panels if you are not paying attention to the controller.

You are now ready to pair again.

Applies to Lines

TO RESET:

1 • Using a paperclip or pin, press and hold the reset button on the Processor for 10 seconds.

2 • Release once the LED on the Processor starts flashing rapidly.

That’s it! Lines are now reset and can pair again.

Applies to Nanoleaf Light Panels (Original model: NL22)

TO RESET:

1 • On the Controller, press and hold both the Effect Select and Power buttons at the same time.

2 • Continue holding for about 10 seconds, until the LED on the Controller starts flashing.

3 • Once the LED starts flashing, your device has been reset and is ready to pair again.

You are good to go to pair again.

Applies to Skylight

TO RESET:

1 • Press and hold the button on the controller panel for 5 seconds.

2 • The reset process will begin once the LED responds.

Your Skylight is now reset and ready for setup to pair again.

Applies to Rope Light

TO RESET:

1 • Hold the power button on the controller for 10 seconds while the device is plugged in and powered ON.

2 • The reset process will begin once the LED responds, the light will flash red 3 times after a successful reboot.

Your Rope Light is now reset and ready to start the pairing process again.
