• Confirm if the cables are fully inserted into the ports and you hear a "click".
• Each cable should click firmly into place when connected properly. If the connection isn’t secure, the device may not receive power.

In the Nanoleaf app follow these steps:
• Tap "More" option located at the bottom right corner of the app screen.
• Then, select "Customer Support" and choose "Submit Network Scan."
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the network scan.
