Applies to Nanoleaf Essentials & eero users

What You’ll Need:

✅ A compatible eero router that supports Thread (version 6.15.0+)
✅ The eero app (version 6.30.0+)
✅ Your mobile device connected to your eero network
✅ The Nanoleaf App (version 9.0.0+)

⚠️ Update everything! Make sure your eero network and app are on the required versions.

SETUP HOW-TO

Launch the eero App. Open the app at least once and wait for the main screen to fully load.

Switch to the Nanoleaf App. If you're setting up your Nanoleaf Essentials for the first time, go through the usual setup steps and they’ll automatically join your eero Thread Network (or whichever Thread network your phone prefers if you have multiple).

Already set up but not on Thread? No problem! Open the Nanoleaf App and go to: More > Thread Network
Follow the on-screen prompts to add your devices to the eero Thread Network.
