🪄WHAT ARE SCENES?

In the Nanoleaf App, Scenes are customizable actions that control one or more devices to create stunning lighting effects. Think of them as playlists—but for your lights!

There are three main types of Scenes: Color, Rhythm & Group.

Color Scenes
These are animations based purely on colors you choose. They work with all Nanoleaf lighting products and come in two flavors:

Static Scenes: Each panel or light displays a set color that doesn’t change.

Dynamic Scenes: Colors shift across your setup using motion effects and transitions you select.

Rhythm Scenes

 Available for Shapes, Lines, Canvas, Elements, 4D, Expo, and Matter lightstrips. 

Perfect for parties, jam sessions, or vibing out on a chill night., these react to music or sound in real time. The lights pulse, flash, or flow based on:

• Beats

• Volume

• Frequency

Group Scenes
These let you control multiple Nanoleaf devices at once. For example, turn on your bulbs at a soft warm glow, set one Shapes Light Panel setup to Northern Lights, and another to Meteor Shower, all with a single tap to allow for easy customization of multiple devices.
