🆘CONTROLLER /PROCESSOR PARTIALLY WORKING OR NOT WORKING
Applies to: Light Panels, Canvas, Shapes, Elements, Lines, EXPO Display Case, Blocks
⚠️ SYMPTOMS
✅ Panels are in a dim white state
✅ Controller/Processor not responding to touch (e.g. buttons have no response) AND/OR
✅ Controller/Processor LEDs not responding (e.g. completely off, 1 light blinking may be green or blue)

⚙️TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Controller Responding to Touch
• If the LEDs on the controller are functioning when you press the buttons: Test the controller by relocating it to one (1) or two (2) different panels

Power Cycle Device
Step 1 • Disconnect your Nanoleaf device from power by unplugging the Power Supply Unit (PSU)
Step 2 • Leave it unplugged for 30 seconds
Step 3 • Plug the PSU back in, give it some time to boot up

If two to three of these symptoms apply, and the following troubleshooting steps do not resolve, it can be determined that the controller/processor may have malfunctioned and requires replacement.
