Most of our products come with a two (2) year warranty. If you are outside of the two (2) year warranty and would like to purchase a replacement controller/processor, you may do so on our Nanoleaf Shop.

We have replacement controllers available for purchase for the following products [availability varies by region]:

• Canvas [Retired | please contact our Customer Experience team]

If we do not have it in stock in our Nanoleaf Online store in your region, we can process an order internally through our warranty store.

We would send you a draft order for your review and then once payment is received, we would send the order to our logistics partner. Shipping will take a bit longer (up to 10 business days, sometimes faster).
