🆘 NANOLEAF DEVICE FELL OFF THE WALL

There are a few reasons why this might occur, like dust or oil on the wall before mounting, uneven or textured surfaces, or wallpaper. These conditions aren't the best for mounting our wall decor products such as Canvas, Elements, Shapes, and Lines, or even our Lightstrips.

Please ensure you are following the installation instructions in the welcome booklet or product guides.

⚠️ Just a quick note: our warranty covers normal wear and tear, but not extreme misuse or carelessness.
