Sometimes packages do a disappearing act... whether they've gone on an adventure of their own or taken an unexpected detour.
If this happens, you can always reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance.
Some of our logistical partners' system prematurely send out a tracking number before the order is fulfilled. Typically, once your order is fulfilled and picked up, our systems should sync and send you a notification with tracking info.
NOTE | In some cases, we have access to the same information that you do based on the courier but we will always do
our best to find your package.

How to find out more details about the status of your order:
Scenario 1: Tracking information not yet received.
Visit the Order Tracking section on our website. Enter your Shopify Order ID and click the 'Search' button.
The system will generate a shipment status if one is available and link you to the external courier for tracking.
If there is no information, please reach out and we'll check to see if one has been assigned.

Scenario 2: Tracking information received, package on the move, stalled or showing delivered.
If you are looking for your order, please do the following:
#1 • Check your local post office or parcel depot to see if a delivery attempt was made but the courier failed to leave a door tag notification.
#2 • Connect with the courier to determine if the package is delayed.
If you still have no luck, we'll attempt to work some magic with the carrier and if needed, file a claim on your behalf. ✨
