• You are experiencing technical issues (setup problems, disconnections, firmware bugs, etc.)
• You need to provide logs
• You are reporting a bug
When you submit through the app, it automatically includes key details we need to troubleshoot your issue such as our device model, firmware version, and serial number. This means less back-and-forth, fewer questions, and faster solutions!

Select Customer Support

Tap Submit Support Ticket
💡 If possible, include screenshots or video recordings to show the issue in action. It really helps!
If your issue involves pairing or connectivity, we request that you also submit a network scan through the app when prompted. This gives us even more insight into what might be going on behind the scenes.
⭐ You can also use our Hardware Support or Software Support forms on the website. Just keep in mind that all those helpful technical details will need to be entered manually.
