An IP rating (Ingress Protection rating) helps to indicate how well a product is protected by an enclosure for electrical items.

Why Does The IP Rating Matter?

Think of it as a product’s "toughness score" against dust and water. As a standard of compliance, and to ensure the safety and protection for our customers, we have an IP rating for our products to ensure your lights are safe for where you want to use them!
