    Can you please confirm that you have followed the guide here and for a visual step-by-step, you can follow this video

    Please ensure that your light strip is installed properly, following the guide above. When you push the silicone onto the pole, it may seem like it requires a harder push. Please make sure that you push it strong enough for it to fit perfectly onto the pole.

    Same story for me as I received the lamp few days ago. Unfortunately I’ve broken the led strip so the lamp now doesn’t work anymore :(


    I will contact you separately to order a new led strip for the lamp :(


    So unlucky and disappointed!

    Thanks. I just opened a support ticket (possibly twice, as I got a 404 error page after submitting—apologies if I ended up submitting the same issue twice).

    I really hope you can help me soon. I’ve been quite frustrated after spending part of my evening trying to assemble the lamp and fix the issue with the overly long LED strip, only to end up breaking it. Just really unlucky.
