Can't change scenes with Amazon Echo

Been an issue for a few months now, but nothing's happening. 

Restarted the Alexa skill, restarted the Nanoleaf Panels, deleted and added the scenes, nothing works.

Turning the Panels on and off or choosing a single color works with Alexa, but when I ask to start a scene, nothing happens.

  Same for me. In my last property these worked a treat and I could change all aspects of my shapes using amazon alexa but since re-setting up all I can do is turn them off and on, change brightness or colours. I can't set scenes anymore. Nanoleaf support for the alexa skill is sadly lacking. Plenty of poor reviews for the nanoleaf skill due to this incredibly frustrating issue.
