Hi there, we are sorry to hear you are having trouble reconnecting your Nanoleaf 4D after your move. I am glad to hear the first setup worked well, and I will do my best to help you get things running again.

If the device previously paired but is now failing during the Apple Home pairing step, it is often related to the device still holding the previous HomeKit configuration or the network environment changing after the move. I recommend first removing the Nanoleaf 4D from the Nanoleaf App and from the Apple Home app if it still appears there, then performing a full reset on the 4D controller. After resetting, power the device back on and complete the setup again through the Nanoleaf App first. Once it is successfully connected to your WiFi network and visible in the Nanoleaf App, you can then proceed with the Apple Home pairing using the HomeKit code.

It is also important to make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz compatible network during setup and that Bluetooth is enabled, since both are used during the pairing process. If the HomeKit step continues to fail, restarting your router and your mobile device can also help clear any network discovery issues.

If the issue continues after a reset and fresh setup, please reach out to us so we can review the pairing logs and provide more detailed troubleshooting. You can submit a support request here, and we will be happy to assist you further: https://support.nanoleaf.me/hc/en-us/requests/new
