Replacement for Nanoleaf Canvas Control Square
Dear Nanoleaf Support Team,
My Nanoleaf Canvas control square has stopped working, and unfortunately I am outside the warranty period. I currently have 100 Canvas panels installed on my wall, and I want to keep using them.
Where can I purchase a replacement control square? In the EU shop it is sold out, while in the US shop it still seems to be available. Please help me find a way to replace mine.
To be clear: I am not asking for a free unit. I am fully willing to pay for the replacement, but I will not buy a completely new starter kit just because the control square has failed.

Mine was stop working as well. Got 150 setup on wall, need control panel replacement. Couldn’t find replacement local store. Please assist. Thank you in advance.

Mine Canvas control panel stop working as well. Got 90 setup on wall, need control panel replacement. Couldn’t find replacement in EU store. Unfortunately sending ticket to get support not working, or is just ignored.
Hope to get at least two more control panels to postpone ripping them of the wall for ever.

You're right that the EU shop shows it as sold out while the US shop still lists it. A few practical routes worth trying:
- Check the US Nanoleaf shop directly and see if they ship to Germany (or use a forwarding service).
- Contact Nanoleaf support again and specifically ask if they can source a replacement control square from another regional warehouse or offer a paid out-of-warranty replacement.
- Look on eBay, Kleinanzeigen, or the Nanoleaf subreddit — spare control squares do occasionally pop up from people who upgraded or parted out kits.
On a separate note, if you ever deal with gold pricing or conversions, I came across this recently, it tracks live gold rates in Turkey with automatic updates and gram/ounce breakdowns by karat. Handy reference if you need it.
