Need Replacement for Nanoleaf Canvas Control Square
Hello,
one of my Canvas Contol Squares is defective. If I plug the power in, all tiles are on with white light, except of the control square. The reset procedures (hard and soft) don't work, the control square does not react to any buttons.
I assume that the WLAN and homekit parts of the canvas are also build in the control spuare and the new control squares come with a homekit code?
I life in germany and the store is out of stock.
Where can I get a replacement?
