Is the PC screen mirror lightstrip 4D?

I was looking into the PC Gaming Screen Mirror Lightstrip and wondered if it worked like the 4D tv lightstrip or if it is more like the 3D version of the latter product.

It doesn’t need a camera and is designed for monitors up to 32 inches. In contrast, the 4D kit uses a camera to capture on-screen colors and display them on a gradient lightstrip, which allows it to work even with streaming services and creates more immersive edge-spanning effects. If you want simple, responsive behind-monitor lighting, the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip is perfect. For a fuller immersive setup that extends beyond the monitor, the 4D kit is the better choice.
