unresponsive skylight
Hi,
I have a skylight it was set up with 8 extension lights. at first everything went smothely, after about 2 hours of use, the scene that was playing froze, since then I cannot change anything in the app, not even the reset button does anything. turning light on and off just turned the lights white and now they are stuck on a blinding bright white light.
I have 3 other skylights that are connected to the matter hub and same wifi, they work flawlessly but this one ruined nanoleaf for me.
I havent found much on the internet that can help, but I tried everything I could think of, disconnecting apple matter hub, power cycling the lights and the router, etc. I am a first time user and rather disappointed with the support and quality of nanoleaf. please help
