Light strip does not fit in floor lamp
The frame is designed for the light strip, but the joints take too much space. The strip cannot enter the frame at the top, the bottom and at the middle joints. Should I cut the strip to allow it to enter the frame?

No, you should not cut the Floor Lamp light strip to make it fit around the joints. The light strip is designed to be installed as supplied, and cutting it could prevent it from functioning correctly. If there is excess strip after assembly, you should instead press and slide the strip slightly upward or downward along the pole until it is correctly positioned. For the tight areas around the joints, the strip is designed to be guided through the joint sections. Feed it through gradually, keep it aligned with the groove, and use firm, even pressure rather than forcing or twisting it. We specifically recommend starting installation from the top and firmly pressing the strip into the pole section by section. If the strip still cannot pass through the joints after following these steps, please provide photos of the areas where it is getting stuck to Nanoleaf Support so they can advise on your specific unit: Nanoleaf Support

Thanks for the prompt reply. My observation was completely wrong, the flat side fits well in the grove. I was initially mislead by the rounded shape of the other side that I was initially trying toi fit in the grove. All fine now.
