Separate RGB Adjustments for Wall Color Compensation
Hi everyone,
While we already have a White Balance setting, it doesn't fully solve the issue when the TV is mounted on a colored wall (e.g., beige, blue, or yellow). The wall acts as a color filter, causing the reflected light to look wrong.
I’d love to see separate R, G, and B channel adjustments added to the Nanoleaf 4D settings. This would allow users to manually tint or offset the LED output to accurately compensate for their specific wall color and get true screen-matching effects.
Would anyone else find this useful?

Thanks for the detailed suggestion. This is a very thoughtful idea.
For Nanoleaf 4D, calibration is currently based on camera mapping and white balance adjustment to improve how screen colors are reflected onto the wall. This system is designed to compensate for general room conditions, including some influence from wall color and ambient lighting, but it does not currently support independent R, G, and B channel adjustment or per-channel color offset controls.
At the moment, there is no option in the Nanoleaf 4D settings to manually tune individual RGB channels for calibration purposes. The available tuning tools are limited to white balance and the guided camera calibration process.
Your suggestion is still very valuable from a usability and accuracy standpoint, especially for users with non-neutral wall colors, and we will pass this feedback to the product team for consideration in future updates.
