Troubleshooting | Scenario > Solar Garden Lights Are Not Syncing

Applies to Solar Garden Lights only

⚠️ SYMPTOMS 

✅ Some lights respond to the remote, while others do not.
✅ Colors or Scenes are not matching across all lights.
✅ A few lights seem to be “out of sync” or delayed.

⚙️TRY THIS:

STEP 1 

• Press the green power button on each solar panel to make sure all lights are powered on.

STEP 2

• Rest your lights by pressing and holding the RGB button (center button) for five (5) seconds on the remote. The lights will flash red to confirm the reset was successful.

STEP 3

Sync your lights by pressing 'ON' on the remote to turn all lights on together. They should now be synced and respond to the remote as one group.
