Applies to Solar Garden Lights only
⚠️ SYMPTOMS
✅ The lights are not turning on at night.
✅ The battery indicator light does not flash green when the panel is in sunlight
✅ Charging is slower than usual, even on sunny days
✅ USB-C charging does not seem to help
⚙️TRY THIS:
• Check the solar panel placement. Make sure the panel is in a spot that gets direct sunlight for most of the day.
💡TIP | Test different spots! If the battery light flashes green, you have found a good location.
• Test solar charging function by shining a flashlight or your phone's flashlight (on high) directly on the panel during the day. If the battery light flashes green, the solar charging is working. If there is no response, there may be an issue with the panel.
• Try charging with USB-C. Plug the solar module into a power source using a USB-C cable. Let it charge for 3–4 hours. If the battery still does not hold a charge, the battery may need a replacement
