🆘 NOT WORKING
If your Solar Garden Lights are not working as expected, follow these steps to get them glowing again!
STEP 1
Check the Battery Level
• Press the power button on the solar module. The battery indicator will show the current charge level.
STEP 2
Ensure Proper Sunlight Exposure
• Place the solar panel in direct sunlight 🌞 for at least eight (8) hours a day.
• Clean the panel regularly to remove dirt, dust, or debris that could block sunlight.
STEP 3
Charge via USB-C (If Needed)
If there is not enough sun ⛅:
• Plug a USB-C cable into the charging port.
• Connect it to a power source 🔌
• Charge for three to four (3–4) hours until the indicator turns solid, showing a full charge 🔋
STEP 4
Test the Remote Control
• Try turning the lights on with the remote. If the red light on the remote does not flash when you press a button, the batteries may need replacing.
STEP 5
Check for Obstructions [aka things in the way/something blocking the panel]
• Make sure nothing is blocking the solar panel, i.e. it is not shaded by trees, buildings, or other objects.
• Remove any snow, leaves, or debris that may be blocking sunlight.
STEP 6
Reset the Light
To reset the lights:
• Press and hold the RGB button on the remote for five (5) seconds.
• The lights will flash red five (5) times to confirm the reset.
STEP 7
Check for Water Damage
The lights can handle some rain, but they are not fully waterproof.
• If the lights were in heavy rain or got underwater, water might have gotten inside.
• Let the lights dry out completely before trying to turn them on again.
