This error code occurs during the pairing process when the App detects special characters in your Wifi network information.

Clean Up Special Characters

• If your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) or password contains any of the following characters: `&`, `$`, `"`, `\`, or `` ` ``, please remove them.

• Sometimes, these special characters can create a few challenges during the connection process.
