Option 1 - Apple Devices <>Nanoleaf Devices: On the Same Network
- If you have any of the following Apple devices: Apple TV, HomePod, HomePod Mini, or iPad, it is important to ensure that they are on the same network as your Nanoleaf products.
Option 2 - Apple Devices <>Nanoleaf Devices: On the Same Network - Issue Persists
- If the issue persists despite being on the same network, temporarily disconnect your home hub (Apple TV, HomePod, HomePod mini, iPad) and check if this resolves the read/write error.
If you prefer not to use a hub for your Nanoleaf Product or have a hub in a different location, log into your Apple Home account and relocate the hub to a different Home (especially if you have a Home that is not in use) to avoid conflicts with the Nanoleaf device.
Option 3 - None of the Following Apple Devices: Apple TV, HomePod, HomePod Mini, or iPad,
