Error Code 14: User Completed First two (2) Steps re: Network Selection But Unsure How To Proceed

This error code occurs during the pairing process when a user makes it through steps 1 and 2 of network selection but are unsure of what to do next.

Confirm if your Nanoleaf device flashed green at this point (Note: Nanoleaf Elements will flash white instead).

Option 1 • If the device flashed green (or white, if Elements):

• You can fix the connection without a soft reset. Proceed with the pairing process as usual..

Option 2 • If the device did not flashed green (or white, if Elements):

• Double-check your Wifi credentials for accuracy and try pairing again. 

These checks will help determine if you can proceed with pairing again or if adjustments to the Wifi credentials are necessary.
