Error Code 13:  Pairing Process Timed out Due To Wifi Credentials Input Delay

Step 1 • Restart the Pairing Process

• Power cycle your device by unplugging it from power for 10-15 seconds and plugging it back in to get the device in pairing mode again.

• Begin the pairing process again in the Nanoleaf app.

Step 2 • Enter Wifi Credentials Promptly

• Ensure you have your Wifi credentials ready before starting.

• When prompted, enter your Wifi credentials promptly to avoid any timeout issues.

Step 3 • Complete the Normal Pairing Flow

• Follow the on-screen instructions as you normally would, but move efficiently through each step.

• By completing these steps faster, you can avoid timeouts and successfully pair your device.
