Option 1 - Ensure You Are on the Correct Network
Verify that your mobile device is connected to the Nanoleaf device’s hotspot network and not your home Wifi or any other network.
Option 2 - Check Device Compatibility
Make sure that your mobile device is compatible with the Nanoleaf product you are trying to pair.
Refer to the Product’s User Guide or Google Play directly to ensure your device is compatible.
