🔧How-To
Step 1 • Restart the Pairing Process:
• Go back to the start of the pairing process in the Nanoleaf app. Make sure to follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
Step 2 • Select the Correct Network:
• When prompted to choose a network, look for the Nanoleaf device’s hotspot (usually named after the device or a similar identifier). Select the device’s network, not your home Wifi.
💡TIP | If you're not quite sure which network your Nanoleaf device is on, take a look at your app instructions for
more information. If you don't see it listed, you might want to try power cycling your device to help it enter pairing
mode again.
Step 3 • Follow the Pairing Steps
• Starting the pairing process again and ensuring you select the correct network should help you connect successfully.
