🆘PANELS TURN ON BY THEMSELVES WITHOUT INTERACTING WITH THEM

⚠️ SYMPTOMS 

✅ Panels turn on by themselves randomly

✅ Panels turn on by themselves, not related to a schedule

ℹ️ SENSITIVE TOUCH
• The touch sensor on your panel may be overly sensitive, causing it to trigger unexpectedly. 
• At this time, here isn't an option to adjust their sensitivity. A temporary solution is available.

⚙️TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Ensure your phone's operating system (OS) is up-to-date by installing the latest version.

Likewise, make sure you're using the most recent version of the Nanoleaf app by giving it a fresh reinstall and update your Nanoleaf device(s) firmware to its latest version.

Disable Touch Gestures:

Step 1 • Open up the Nanoleaf app and select the affected Nanoleafs from your  "Devices" list.

Step 2 • Select the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear ⚙️) in the top-right corner.

Step 3 • Scroll down to the "Touch Gestures" section.

Step 4 • Toggle the switch next to "Touch Gestures" to the off position.
