⚙️TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Check Firmware
• Ensure your device(s) are on the latest firmware version, if not, please go ahead and update them.
If that doesn't fix it, proceed to next steps:
Move Controller/Processor
• Move the controller by relocating it to another panel to see if the connectivity improves. Ensure it's in a central or unobstructed location.

Power Cycle Device
#1 - Disconnect your Nanoleaf device from power by unplugging the Power Supply Unit (PSU)
#2 - Leave it unplugged for 10 seconds
#3 - Plug the PSU back in, give it some time to boot up

Swap Linkers
• Swap the out the linkers to another connection point.
