🆘CHANGES TO USER'S WIFI NETWORK OR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER
Applies to: All Nanoleaf Wifi devices
Our Wifi enabled products can connect to only one network at a time. If they lose connection or the network changes, you'll need to reset and set them up on the new network as if pairing for the first time.

Please perform these steps in this specific order:
Step 1
• Perform a soft reset on the Nanoleaf Controller.

Step 2
• Open the Nanoleaf Smarter Series app and delete the device from ‘My Devices’ (iOS 🍏) or ‘Devices’ (Android 🤖)
Step 3
• Give your phone a reboot, then once booted up, ensure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network band.
Next, Have the paper with pairing information handy, or write it down from the back of the device, and if needed, plug your controller into the display.
Once you connect the controller, you will see the LEDs on the controller scroll. Once the LEDs stop scrolling across the controller, and a scene plays on the panels, you are ready to pair.
TO PAIR: Open the Nanoleaf App, navigate to “..More” > “My Devices” > Select the “+” symbol, and follow the app's
instructions to pair your device.
You can re-integrate into a 3rd-party Home Ecosystem once you have paired successfully.
