- Nanoleaf warrants its newly purchased and warranty replaced products to be free from hardware defects for a period of two (2) years* from the date of activation.
- The warranty period is based on the assumption that the product will be operated for an average of six (6) hours per day, seven (7) days a week.
- This warranty covers all Nanoleaf products, including those received as promotional items, gifts, or complimentary product(s), as well as open-box and refurbished products, if applicable.
- Newly purchased replacement parts will have their own warranty for a period of one (1) year.
In the event of a defect/replacement requirement, Nanoleaf will, at its discretion:
- Replace the defective product with the same or a functionally equivalent product**, or,
- Issue a Nanoleaf Store credit for a future purchase.
- Nanoleaf may require the return of the defective product for examination.
Our support team may request photos and/or video to aid in diagnosing a hardware problem; these are required for replacement parts to be sent to you.
*two (2) years except as required and governed by regional Consumer Acts globally
**This includes substituting Matter over Thread with Matter over Wifi if required and/or if a particular SKU is end of life.

Second-Hand Goods
Goods purchased from private, unauthorized sellers are considered second hand, even if a marketplace listing is marked ‘new’ by that seller. The warranty does not apply to these purchases.
