Custom name bulb

My Nanoleaf GU10 bulb repeatedly loses its custom device name in the Nanoleaf app and reverts to its original name. The custom name remains unchanged in Apple Home. The issue occurs intermittently and persists after updating to firmware 5.2.59. The problem affects only one bulb. Please investigate whether this is a known app or device-name synchronization issue.
